Sexual arousal and sleep
A research has been conducted to analyze the effect of sleep on sexual arousal. In this research, a group of men were asked to sleep for four hours and a second group of men were asked to sleep for eight hours.
Then, the men were asked to watch a movie and their blood flow was measured.
After that, both the groups of men were asked to rate their sexual arousal.
It has been seen that the men who slept for eight hours were able to maintain the level of sexual arousal more than the men who slept for four hours.
How to get more sleep?
In today’s world, there are many methods available to get more sleep. Some of the tips that will help you to sleep better are:
Don’t eat late
It is very important to eat at the right time. You need to eat foods that will make you sleepier and that will help you to sleep for longer time.
This is the most important thing that you can do to get good sleep. Regular exercises will help to get more energy and it will keep you healthy.
Caffeine is the most common source of energy for people. If you have coffee or tea before sleeping then it will not let you get enough sleep.
